Warranty Details

Three-Month Limited Service Warranty

• Covers all installation workmanship and operational failures of fixtures, wiring, or transformers installed by our team.

• Repairs for installation errors discovered within this period are provided per the product warranty.

• A final check-up will be conducted within the last 30 days of the warranty period to address any concerns.

• Fixtures and transformers are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties.

• If a device fails outside the manufacturer's warranty period, the customer can purchase a replacement directly through Glowpher Lighting, and we will provide the installation at no additional cost.

Glowpher Guard is a 12-Month Extended Service Warranty

• Offers a 12-month service plan building on the initial period.

• Covers continued labor for any operational issues that may arise.

• Fixtures and transformers remain subject to their respective manufacturer warranty policies.

• If a device fails outside of the manufacturer's warranty period, the customer can purchase a replacement directly through Glowpher Lighting, and we will provide the installation/repair at no additional cost.

• Includes two check-ups over the 12-month period. A technician will adjust fixtures to accommodate landscape changes, clean lens covers, check transformer voltage, and inspect and adjust timers or photocells.
